I have the same problem as previous reviewer; purchased a Groupon, called on Tuesday morning and was told they had no appointments available for the entire week. I was told to call back at 8:00 p.m. later in the week. Really??? My co-worker was there last week for mani-pedi when the place was empty and they were telling people on the phone that they were booked for the entire week, and the place was empty. Something is not right here.

Rude, and poor service. Altogether, I do not recommend. Never again!

I was very skeptical because of the previous reviews. But a friend recommended me to go because they do the shellac manicure. It was considerably cheaper than most places and I ended up getting a pedicure and 20 min massage. The place is very clean and very nice also everyone was so nice and very attentive! I will for sure be back! I have no idea what anyone could complain about!

I thought this place looked nice but had the worst pedicure ever..I think it lasted 11 minutes. When I complained, the customer service was even worse. The woman kept saying conflicting excuses like: "They always take that long" and then "We had to squeeze you in"...(I had an appmt). I will definitely not be going back here. Try Sona nails on first ave, they give you a massage while your nails dry!! I just thought I would try something new, BAD decision!!
