Can't sleep there every morning there's a vacuum noise going on

PROS:
1. close to Rahway (1.5 miles) & Metropark (3 miles) train stations.
2. Prompt maintenance.
3. Kitchen has gas stove and dishwasher (Microwave included for 2nd floor apts).
4. 1st floor has hardwood floors and 2nd floor has carpet.
5. cat friendly
6. plenty of closet space.
7. Close to major highways and grocery stores.
8. Pool with paid membership ( free membership in first year of renting).
9. Heat & hot water included in rent.
10. Safe & secure place. No thefts or crimes reported.
11. Ample parking space.

CONS:
1. There is only 1 bath for 2BR apts.
2. Kitchens are really small with lesser counter-top space.
3. Washer & dryers are located in basement of certain buildings. So one has to lug the laundry all the way to another building which gets inconvenient.
