To him it seems okay to take your money for services he did not perform . . . and okay to put your coats in a substandard storage that makes them smell a horrible odor . . , get moth holes. . ., and it's okay in his mind to stain the lining of a coat and not repair it.
One coat had a stain in the lining and moth holes. Apparently the storage area they use is not the right conditions. Making it even worse, he refused to repair the damage he made, and physically bullied me to sign a document that coats were in good condition. I had to call the Teaneck police to get him to give my coats back to me. Parents (Owners) Gus and Katherine no longer respond to consumer complaint.
I had the damaged done by Queene Anne Fur repaired at Cedar Lane Fur (Ilana) and was good.
