Quality Auto Centers

Ok... still within the process of getting my truck fixed, so time will tell if I eventually come back here and update my review, but so far not good. Repeat visits to try and fix the problem, etc. Will report back.

I have to say this is the first time I'm writing a review - that's how upset I am from getting completely ripped off from Quality Auto Centers in South Orange NJ. Here's my story: This past fall (Oct - 2012) I went to this place for new brakes, ties and oil change.....which cost me over $1,800...I didn't think twice about it because I just wanted the best for my car "Quality". Quality is the last thing I received!!!! Two weeks ago my car starts shaking when I pressed on the Brake - this typically happens when it's time for new brakes. How can that be...I just paid to have this done by Quality Auto Centers in South Orange NJ? I bring my car to a family mechanic (2 hour drive - because I can't TRUST any of these auto repair shops). My family member told me the brakes and rotors Quality Auto Center put on were EXTREMELY cheap quality and are completely shot!!!! This is just bad business - I hope this guy is shut down or goes out of business for what he does to the locals that use him
