This people asking everyone for $400 bank fee . An whine I call the bank they saying we didnot charge any fee + they have a bad history on Facebook an they are 3.2 * + the price for the car too high from the original delar + all the car it's a car rental .

I have to say, this dealership plays no games and gets the job done. I had a very difficult situation, and they were able to approve me w/ a great credit union and put me into a beautiful 2013 Acura ILX. I worked w/ Abe, and he's great at what he does. I actually had fun at this dealership when buying a car, the way it should be! Everyone there was so sweet & I def had some great laughs. Awesome people, positive vibes. I will be recommending this dealership to anyone I know in search of a car. Honest, trustworthy, caring salesmen are hard to come by when looking for a car and again I am so appreciative of all of your help.

I drove about 45 minutes to find that quality is merely a name not a way of business. I arrived to the Linden location and sat with a sales associate very briefly taking just minor information . I came in order to test drive a vehicle that I had seen on their site. I had previously decided that after much research this was the model and make that I'd be interested in owning.I emailed and called ahead of time. I did receive promp responses to emails from Harry Brooks . I also received a call with a dollop up email from him as well . I dis not work with him once there. Upon my arrival I informed the associate assigned to me that I would be able to put down 3k on a vehicle of interest.
I also informed him that I am test driving and looking to make a purchase as early as next week if I find the right vehicle. Unfortunately, the MDX that I initially was interested in was in the process of being bought. However, I was shown another vehicle that I considered to be an adequate replacement /option, a Q7. The associate literally put me in the vehicle without talking to me about the car thourougly and seemed annoyed that I had questions about the vehicle at all. I requested to test drive the car. Nonetheless, I was told that unless I was purchasing today it wasn't "of value" to their company for me to test drive.Upon hearing that I realized that if customer service was part of my expectation for a car buying experience, which it is, then I was not going to find it at Quality Auto. Therefore, in order not to waste the sales person/ company's time I decided to take my business elsewhere. Needless to say I will not be returning .

The service center, Scuderia Automobili is such a great place to get my car fixed. They sold me a couple cars and all I do is get them maintained there. It's awesome. Also, they sell TIREGRAFICX custom tire lettering and that's awesome too. I'm so happy with them they even fed me dinner as I waited in the office. It was tacos and pasta.
