Excellent professional service, completed the repairs as promised and on time, all repairs were perfect, friendly accomodating personel car looked as new as it was on the day it was purchased highly recommend them

I was a little hesitant at first about the craftsmanship because, it is hard to find a good autobody shop. But, when I went to go pick up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised. My car looked brand new, great job Quality Autobody, you really do quality work.

Was referred by Ray Catena Infiniti because I wanted to take my Infiniti to a certified Infiniti repair shop. Certainly didn't make a difference. I contacted them and the person who handled my claim became very nonchalant in regards to THE NEW DAMAGE that was done while my car was in their care. He said the scratch is minor, however, when I physically ran my finger across the scratch, it's obvious that it's very recent, and very deep. So... instead of them focusing on what they've done, the guy is talking about minor light scratched that can easily be buffed away. I called to discuss the damages that were caused while my car was in their care. NOTHING ELSE. Now I'm playing a cat and mouse game... beware!

I Have already left my chrysler 300 from last 2 days and now lets see how your promises will go you guys gave me 10 days of estimate from 24th December 2014
I just spoke with lady on phone she told that you guys will receive parts by tuesday.
Really these reviews made me worried and you responded them very late but lets see how you guys keep your promise in my case.
