Quality 1st Basement Systems

I had my foundation repaired with the push pier system. Jonathan Neira was the foreman on the job, and he was fantastic! In addition to being courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable, he actually cared about the job and about making me feel comfortable with the work that was being done. He answered any question I had and explained things I would never have known to ask about. He treated his crew with respect, and it was obvious they enjoyed working with him. He also left my garage cleaner than when he started. I would recommend him to anyone.

On the sales end of the company, I would recommend calling your town yourself to see exactly what permits are required to complete the job before signing a contract. Be sure Quality First is very clear about what is included in your price quote and what isn't, so you are not unpleasantly surprised by added permit/engineering expenses.

We had a wonderful experience with Melvin Cardoza and his crew! They were very professional, kind and patient. They came out on a very cold day and completed the work on our basement. We could not be happier with job they've done. The basement looked great! It was left very clean afterwards.

I am very satisfied with my work from Quality 1st Basements, from the intial diagnosis Ken Peare performed on my basement and crawl space to the work performed by Jesus Sanchez.

My home is older and was suffering from sagging floors and stressed support beams. When Ken came over he pinpointed all the issues and drew up a detailed game plan to install a jack/power brace supplemental beam support systems in the basement and crawl space. Jesus and his team were able to complete the job in 2 days and I am very happy with the quality of the work and attention to detail. After the system was installed Jesus worked with us to adjust the jacks to get the floors level and to our satisfaction. Doors upstairs that were jammed are now closing and floorboards are very much improved.

My wife and I had the good fortune of meeting Michael Jersey from Quality 1st Basement Systems. We were looking to reduce the excessive humidity in my finished basement. Michael made a visit to my home to access the situation. Michael is knowledgeable, explained all options in way that was east to understand, and made my wife and I feel very comfortable that a good solution was available. We finally made a decision, upon Michaels’ recommendation, to purchase a Sanidry Air System. The system has been installed has already brought down the humidity level to a normal level.
