Quality 1st Basement Systems:

Mr. Juan Garcia was the Crew Foreman who installed my TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Juan was punctual, very professional and courteous. He took his time to explain what he was going to do. When I asked questions he answered them thoroughly. My basement was left clean. Juan and a member of his crew put plastic over the items in the basement. They worked diligently and cleaned up all debris.

At one point while working Juan ran into an unforeseen problem, and he explained to me the issue and told me not to worry, and that he would take care of it. That is exactly what he did. Juan and his crewmen worked very well together. The system was installed and the job was completed.

Juan explained to me how the system works. He assured me that if I had any problems with the system that I could call Quality 1st Basement. It has been raining for several days and I have not had a problem with water in my basement.
