Pure Elegance

I went to this shop on 3-16-12 and a lady named big Rhonda did my hair I told her specifically what I wanted and she did her own thing which turned out to be HORRIBLE! I'm not a confrontational person so I paid her and left I came home hoping to maybe play with it and see if it could be less horrible bit nope that didn't work I mean tracks is showing in my hair and everything and she charged me 125 dollars n I didn't get a whole head weave I only got the middle part oft hair sewed and when I called her this afternoon she went into a screaming tirad at 1st she said ah was willing to fix whatever problem there is then I said no I'm not comfortable with that I'm willing to pay you for your time but I would like some of my money back so that I can pay to have my hair properly done! She then got more angry and said no the only option is there is no option I said so now you are telling me you are not willing to fix my hair nor are you willing to give me half of my money back? She said no! I was so angry because a a customer and her as a stylist she should be willing to serve her customers and make them happy I then contacted the shops manager which at 1st he said the manager was not on but the. Proceeded to ask me all of these questions I said why are you askin me hear questions if you are not the manager of the shop? He said oh I'm but I didn't no what u was calling about I thought it was some other bs so I said I'm not here? I was like huh? What kind of business are you operating? So I told him what happened he offered no kind of solution so I contacted the better business bureau and hopefully I will get some kind of good ending from them
