Friendly staff. Clean facility. Brad gave me the tour and explained where everything is.
Suggestion: Fix the pothole at the entrance (unless fixed since my last visit). Also, it would be really helpful if access hours are extended to 10pm or 11pm. Thanks.

I've been to many Public Storages but the location on Cuttermill Rd is Superb. Shomari I believe ws his name, was very helpful and informative . Not to mention very handsome and knowledgeable about his service. Thank you Public Storage

Brad is terrific! You can have items shipped to the storage facility and he cheerfully puts them in your unit. Access is easy, and there is always room to park in the lot. I always feel safe, even if the office is closed and I'm there alone. On the down side, the cramped aisles are sometimes hard to negotiate due to moveable stairs blocking the aisles and the Public Storage rental fees are really high. But it is the only facility in Great Neck, and I guess you have to pay for convenience.
