I rented a big storage and I was approached by the Manager Josy and she showed me my belogins could fit in a small storage after moving stuff out and ended paying a lower rate. Great Service drive to stay in bussines with this company. Thanks

I rented a storage space on Knapp street. The service I received was great. The building is nice, the location is convienent. I will definitely recommend to family and friends thank you to Sophia and josy.

I move my stuff into a small unit and it didn't fit-Sophia recommended the righ unit but I wanted to go low budget on my rent. Thats why they are storage experts,now my stuff are in a good size storage under my budget. Thanks Sophia and Josy for your attention and great service, I learned my lesson.

I came to public storage today with questions in regards to renting a unit being that I will be needing a storage space within the next two weeks, staff there Daphne & Sophia were very helpful.. I didn't know what size I would need for both my sons and my things, based on what we were storing they recommended. 10x10 unit... Long story short they made my moving just a little bit easier... I will be looking to rent with in the next week or so..I also bought two wArdrobe boxes... I didn't know they had those :)... Thanks to the very helpful staff daphne and Sophia!!

Simply the worst. There's no other way to say it. They'll raise your rates after 6 months just because they can. If you don't move out before the 6th of the month you don't get back your money for the remainder of the month. When I first rented a unit the hours were 8 AM to 9 PM. They changed the hours to 9:30 AM to 5 PM with ZERO advance notice. An email or letter would be nice but no, you just show up and it's closed! How is anyone with a job supposed to get their things with hours so terrible? Do they really expect you to take a day off work just to get a few things from your storage unit? Don't even bother trying to call a manager, they don't exist! When you call you just get someone's voicemail and they will NEVER call you back not even once did they try to reach out to me. If you call customer service you get a call center that can't do a thing besides look stuff up for you and make reservations which is pointless because you can do all that on the website. They won't even try to help you resolve an issue, they'll just give you the name and number of the manager who, again, doesn't seem to exist besides a voicemail box.

Don't waste your time with public storage. They're overpriced and have terrible hours. And don't believe all the good reviews here. Every person I met at this facility had the same complaints as I did.
