I have personally witnessed what these guys are doing. Most of the workers, hardly speaks English, giving names like Chicko, and Samir. The owner call himself Gary, but who knows if it is not really Mohamed.
They are morons and clueless when it comes to support, and also sold an MSDN copy as a MS Windows 2008 Server Retail License to a Law Firm that is now my client.
They will soon have to face Judges in both Criminal and Civil Courts in New Jersey.
I will not recommend anyone, BUT I DO HAVE TO SAY: STAY AWAY if you do not want to be another victim of this shady operation.

First off, the business itself goes by several different names--Technology Link, Cross Technology, PCM Data Processing, etc.

I am convinced after dealing with this place that they are a HUGE scam! Long story short, they never repaired my computer--a screen that needed replacing--instead they broke it even more (now it won't even turn on). Needless to say they were reluctant to give my laptop back--until I threatened to call the police on them for holding it for over a month and refusing to return it to me. All of a sudden the workers didn't know the owner's full name and weren't able to get in touch with them... VERY SHADY!

I got my laptop back in the end with MORE damages than I started with and now have to go through another company to fix it. As for Cross Technologies, they will be receiving a letter from my lawyers and their whole company is going to be investigated because they're complete FRAUDS!

Stay Away from these people--you're FAR BETTER OFF sending your product to a REAL company... unless you want to be lied to, belittled, given the run around, and have your laptop/computer end up with more damages than you left it with.
