Small but well organized wine store with a good selection and decent pricing.

Prospect Wine Shop has been around the neighborhood for years and is one of the best wine shops in the neighborhood. On my most recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised at the cashier renovation (all digital) and the gorgeous wood shelves housing wine as far as the eye can see. It doesn't feel like your neighborhood liquor store, but instead is inviting and smells lovely (none of that gross spilled liquor smell found in so many other shops).

They have a small selection of liquors, but you can get liquor anywhere. Stop in on a Friday for wine tastings and then pick up one of the many speciality bottles.

I rated the service as a #2 because while I was greeted when I walked into the store, an employee two feet from me browsing the Italian wines did not ask if I needed help. I knew what I was looking for, but if you don't, definitely be proactive.

Will I return? Absolutely! Whether I want a $15 bottle of a $50 bottle, they've got it!
