Been here a few times for dinner. First time for brunch. Dishes are original takes on the classics, flavors are amazing & service is excellent. Top notch experience in a chill atmosphere. The hollandaise foam was amazing. Rich and flavorful, but light, not heavy. Homemade ricotta toast with house blackberry jam is a must & the Peruvian Pork hash has a nice kick to it from the chili sauce & jalapeño juice.

Great local spot. Nice that they have a chef's table where you can sit near the open kitchen.
I have to agree with some of the other reviews that the service can be pretty slow, but the food is really good, drinks are really good, ambiance, really nice. Highly recommended. And don't miss the truffle fries!

The chefs at Prospect have the ability to orchestrate a plate that is delicious in its entirety. Take, for instance, a plate of roasted chicken accompanied by vegetables and freekeh: the latter sides are often just mere additions elsewhere, but at Prospect they are just as fresh and as wonderfully cooked as the main meat. The menu seems to change often, but if you have the great luck of seeing octopus on the menu, please please please get it. I won’t ruin it by describing it with positive adjective after positive adjective, but I will say it has become my benchmark for octopus.

Spectacular food. I am Brazilian and live in São Paulo. This would be up there with the 5 best places to dine in the city. Like the mouse in Ratatouille experienced, you'll be dreaming fireworks !!!

Few things about this place - they only open for dinner during weekdays, and the menu is seasonal. When I last visited, their crispy lamb (appetizer), suckling pig (entrée), and chocolate cake (dessert) were all phenomenal. The jalapeño poppers (side) were also very good though it wasn't very spicy. Quite a feat considering their tiny kitchen and a three-man crew. They also offer a five course tasting menu for $80, though I didn't get to try it when I visited.
