NYC resident and happy to have finally switched to this location. I always took my exams at the 3rd ave location in Manhattan. They have definitely downgraded their service in NYC. So I would prefer to be at a location where staff is more professional and does their job correctly, especially when I have to pay $250+ for 3 or 4 hours of outdated computer use.
