They treat single moms like crap. I was kicked out of this program for no reason at all. Their customer service is rude. Now I'm stressed bc I don't know how I can work without my child in daycare.

I appreciate the idea of the program but the customer service is horrible. There is a lot of back and forth during the application process, they specify requirements AFTER they received your documents, and they lose paperwork. They are a non profit organization so I am not surprised by the poor treatment and heartless attitudes toward struggling individuals.
