These guys know how to solve a problem! Price was fair, staff was friendly and professional, the whole process was easy and most importantly it seems that they finally solved my bug issues.

Would call them again in a heartbeat... but hope I won't need another pest control service any time soon.

These guys were really able to take care of a bug problem that I had at the beginning last spring. I tried to use over the counter bug sprays, but never fixed the problem I was having with house centipedes (yuck!). Two services later and I haven't seen a house centipede since. Thanks!

Thank you, Professional Termite and Pest Control. In as many years as I've been a Property Manager, I have never dealt with such a thorough and professional service. From the receptionist, to the exterminator, to even being able to speak with the owner, I must say I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of pest control or even pest prevention. They were totally responsive, did everything when they said they would and were amazing to deal with. While I believe in "quality over quantity" in cases such as this, I must also add their prices are completely reasonable. I will definitely be using them going forward. FIVE STARS!!

Our management company worked with a pest control company for 2 years prior to finding Professional Termite and Pest Control. While the original company we worked for did comply with their obligation, our tenants were never fully happy with the services. Problems would disappear for days, at best weeks and then return. Their customer service was mediocre at best. I constantly had to follow up to make sure they'd come back for the extra services to fix problems they did not fix on their original visits which made me feel like I was chasing someone to then have to pay them extra. The final straw came when we received complaints about the professionalism of their employees. We had numerous company's provide bids to our management company and after reviewing many factors we chose to go with Professional Pest Control. We have now been using them for the past year and a half and it is honestly such a pleasure and huge relief working with them. To date we have not received any complaints from our tenants. They have a General Manager, Jack, who always follows up with us from time to time to make sure the problem isn't resurfacing. What a pleasant change from the old company. In addition the management company as well as the tenants are constantly receiving educational information regarding services so that everything is prepped correctly and the services can be conducted in the most efficient way. Tenants have even commented on becoming familiar and friendly with their technicians. I can honestly say choosing this company was a toss up that could have gone wrong but actually went way past excellent. I feel comfortable and confident having them in our buildings and know that I do not need to worry about making sure their work is done correctly. Having a good team of employees and a manager that takes personal interest in each client makes a world of a difference, especially in this dirty field. If you are looking for a company, with decent pricing, excellent customer service who will educate you and eradicate your problem... these guys are it! I definitely give the company and their staff --- 2 thumbs up!

I had an ant issue in my kitchen, and after using some over the counter bait traps and sprays for two weeks without success, I decided to call a professional exterminator. Wilma booked the appointment for me and Karen showed up to do the actual job. Both were very nice, listening to my concerns about using pest control products with my pets around, and using the most non-toxic option available. The price was reasonable, and the best part is that I no longer have ants in my kitchen!
