This place is a terrible dump! Firstly, the place looks like it only employs people of the lowest common denominator. I mean the manager talks like he has sh*t in his mouth 24/7, bumbling and not making coherent sense. On top of that in the twenty minute span that I was in there getting motor oil (TWENTY MINUTES!!!) he had managed to prove how much of an immature manchild he could be by completely ignoring all of the customers who needed his help and heading to the back room to go talk to someone on his personal phone! Unbelievable! Secondly and probably more importantly, that "manager" is the only person who could RING ME UP OR TELL ME WHERE ANYTHING WAS, there were four other employees doing absolutely nothing and nobody can do the job a 14 year old high school student does, pathetic. Lastly, every time I end up there or see another female in the store (GOD FORBID) that same manager and his co-workers make remarks and oogle me up and down the entire time, so uncomfortable and creepy if you ask me. Don't get me wrong, I've been to the other locations in Montclair and Newark and had a good experience but at the Caldwell location I am amazed at the incompetence time and time again I say scrap everything and start anew.
