We purchased a 2015 Hot Spring Pulse Spa from Prisco in October of 2015. We dealt with Marco directly. His pricing was extremely competitive and he was very easy to deal with. Our spa was delivered within the promised time frame and the delivery crew was superb, they really went above and beyond to take good care of the new spa and our property. I was a little anxious about purchasing our spa from Prisco because we live on the fringe of their service area (western Suffolk County), but they really have been excellent! Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Marco from Prisco Spas. Plus, we love our new Pulse.

I bought my Hot Springs spa from Prisco in 2006. For a while, I had it serviced by someone else, but I now know that was a big mistake. Prisco is the most qualified and most responsive servicer of hot tubs that is anywhere around here.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Friendly and extremely knowledgable staff. After shopping around, Prisco Spas easily had the best prices and biggest selection. They are the preferred vendor for the highest rated spas (Hot Springs) in the Tri-State area. If you are in the market for a spa, I highly recommend you purchase one here.

We were sold a great hot tub. We love our Hot Springs Grandee. We had a small customer service issue but Prisco resolved to our satisfaction. I fully recommend Prisco Spas. They have a nice selection. Its been almost a year since we've owned the spa and it has been really enjoyable and virtually maintenance free.
