I love Pret and this one is no exception. I like the rotating menu and the service is always much better than I would expect at a fast-foodish place. The prices are pretty reasonable, considering.

I am a regular customer. The general manager Mo and everyone on his team are always helpful, kind and courteous. Everyday I look forward to the excellent skim latte (with no foam) and their warm welcome. This group exemplifies a best practice in how to treat customers.
