Presto Pizza

I have lived in Uniondale for about 14 Years now. Man I tell you Presto's Pizza is honestly in my opinion the pizza ever! The staff is amazing. Food is always fresh! Deliveries do take a bit longer then normal but food is DEFINITELY worth the wait. I always pick up my order just people the converstations with the employees are very pleasant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

live in uniondale , was a customer for years other day i ordered got sick, i called to tell them, and all i got was a "uh huh" no apology nothing. was throwing up along with diarrhea, i used to order about weakly usually from 22 30$ orders, and this is response i got, sheesh

9/14/14. UPDATE so after almost a year and all this time figured ill give them a try again. they still slow as shit. slowest delivery if pizza all over. an hour always wait for food they are located less than 10 min away and always an hour or more wait.i don't know if they need more drivers or they holding them back. damm. order your food before your hungry. no matter what day if the week its amazing 45 min is fast for them. i waited hour and a half today after an hour i called, and the same girl from last year told me, it be ten minutes, well 30 more min passed, i called told them to just cancel, and all she said was ok, and hung up. i see customer service hasn't changed.

9/17/14 update so i finally spoke with owner and told him about all thats happened , he was sorry and appreciated me letting him know, gave me his cell to call him if anything wrong happens again. . i guess they always busy and the customer service problem is mostly the person that answers the phone. why i keep ordering ? because i do like the food, they my local place, and i lived here 27 years .

To be honest the pizza isn't that good the only thing is that the slices are bigger than the one on uniondale ave. It's way too much tomato sauce on the pizza at times the cheese always slides off easily and the WORST part is it has no taste. but, I give credit to the workers they work really hard but, every time I go inside the store the place is plastered with pictures of the owners daughter and I think to myself like this is a pizza store not a home and the owner or his daughter or wife or whatever is never there . I asked the workers one time how come there's no pictures of them I've seen them in there working for years but, they get no credit for it. Spanish people work real hard but, owner got them in there like they're his slaves or something yea they get paid but still. give them some recognition at least and get rid of the family photos of all the years I've gotten salad in there I have yet to see a wife husband and kid work together in there you got this far because of the people who work for you remember that.

This is why it is extremely important to gain an education that way you won't have people like that take you for granted and take credit for what you do when you have the ability to get your own business and work alongside people who you respect and will respect you.

Also, it would be a great business venture to put a pizza store on front st. and knock out this one because the pizza could taste a whole lot better.

Absolutely awful. I was delivered a pizza where the cheese had slid off the pie onto the box. When I called back to complain, I was told there was no manager on duty and I would have to call back the next day. When I spoke to the manager the day, I was told too bad, there was nothing they could do. I explained that I order food from them very frequently and just want the price of the pizza refunded since no other offer of compensation was made to me. He basically told me to take a hike. I will never give these people another dime of my money, and will recommend everyone I know to go elsewhere.
