Prestige Land Rover of Paramus

Sold me a car with bad tires. Extremely rude managers. The customer service is great until you have a problem, then they run away. I will never again buy a car from any prestige dealer. The manager, Jay is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Jay acts like a nice person, but when you buy the car he turns into a totally different guy. I originally came in looking at a Range Rover and then the saleswoman informed me of a deal they had going on for the Jaguars. The saleswoman told me she was busy and to come back on Monday and she will have all the cars set up so I can take a look at them and pick one out. I came back on Monday and she told me that they sold all the cars, I was told to come back on Thursday and they will have a car that they think I will like for me to look at. I came back on Thursday and like the car so I put a deposit down, I was told to come back on Monday and the car will be ready, I came back on Monday and the car was sold. They said they are incredibly sorry but the car was sold before I put a deposit down. I finally found a car that I liked and picked it up the following week at about 7:30 PM it was dark out and I could not inspect the car. In the morning I took a walk around the car and noticed there were 2 cuts in the tire when I called the dealership to complain about it, Jay said the cars go through three inspections and the car was delivered perfectly and there is nothing he can do about it. I was driving the car and the tire ran flat. I called Jay the manager once again informed him the tires ran flat he said the car was delivered perfectly and you there's nothing you can do. I decided to go in and talk to them and it was Friday when I spoke to him he completely Ignored me and said I don't have time for this come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and made an appointment for service so they would have the tires ready for me now here I am with the spare tire on the front right and a bubble in the back right tire. I spoke with Jay and he was very rude and said he will not pay for the tires no matter what. I find it amazing how they can get away with being disgusting sales man and having terrible customer service after buying a car from them. Do not go to Range Rover or Jaguar of Paramus they will rip you off and give you damaged cars they act nice when you're buying the car but when you have an issue they don't want to handle it.

Great customer experience at Prestige Land Rover. Before, During and After. Can’t say enough about the ease and flexibility of the buying process. Mike Cantalupo was focused on me, my requirements and satisfaction. He’s both thoughtful, thorough and responsive. We’ll be back, no hesitation!...oh yeah the LR4 HSE is pretty awesome too!

Just ordered my second range rover- easy buying experience both times- i must have come back 5 times to look at colors- Ashley was very understanding. There is no discount on the range rovers here or any other place i have called.. I have been very happy with service dept- once i had car problems and got a loaner on a saturday- usually work with chris but everyone in service has been helpful and very happy overall with the dealer... can't say anything about used car experience.

The service team at LR of Paramus is simply exemplary. From the Service Consultant (Jorge) to the Service Director (Ralph)--it's a well-lubed machine. When I had an issue with a repair, it was resolved to my ultimate satisfaction. My experience with other high end service departments has been quite the contrary. The difference: These guys really care and take the time to ensure your satsifaction. How refreshing!

Leased a 2016 Evoque with the help of Jennifer, by far the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. She was very attentive and followed up on the whole process with genuine interest and care.
The managers were very transparent with the numbers and it was an overall pleasure doing business with Prestige. I'm going back in 3 years to get another Range with no second thought. These guys definitely do a great job for the great brand of Land Rover.
