This was about as carefree an installation is one could hope for. The quality of the work was high and even went beyond what was technically necessary. Installation came in on budget and on schedule. The only glitch was that the day scheduled for testing and sign-off did not occur when scheduled and there was not notice of this until after the fact.

I just had an installation completed by Presentation Products on Madison Ave, NY. I dealt with a very knowledgeable salesperson Jamie Crisafulli, and great project management by Barclay Bulleit. Overall a great audio visual experience. Mike Oliver

Having little to no experience with the smart board except how to set it up,
I thought the workshop went very well. Ms. Russell was very skillful with the presentation.
Her presentation was done at a comfortable pace which allowed us to follow what was being taught with ease. I also appreciated the question and answer period that was done after the different segments.
After seeing various demonstrations done on the smart board each participant had an opportunity to go up to the smart board and practice what was taught. Great workshop, very engaging.

This is not our first experience with PPI. We went back to them again for some additional (upgrade and improvements) work because of our previous experience - in the past they were prompt, professional, clean and neat, and extremely accommodating. There was no question that when we needed additional work, they would be the people we would get.
Needless to say, we were NOT disappointed. They are still maintaining their high standards, and all of the above still prevails.
I would not - emphatically not - hesitate to recommend them.

The event was well organized and very informative. I gained a lot of knowledge on options to integrate Avon’s Voice Infrastructure with Lync. Mike gave a very good presentation. I also enjoyed the Smart Room System demonstration and would recommend it to Avon for any future investments.
