Premier Parking

Convenient and good price. Pickup takes a while though.

Very convenient and fast service. The staff is very friendly. Very close to the airport. The pick-up from the airport was very fast, upon arrival to the lot the car was out front waiting for us. Please disregard the negative reviews, this spot is called EWR parking, located on 853 Spring street, and it is operating very smooth. I have been using their services all the time flying from Newark and I never had any issues. Definitely recommend, great value and fast service.

My wife and I really appreciate the great service we always receive at Premier Parking. The staff is courteous and ready to help. And it's reassuring to know after a long plane trip that the Premier Parking shuttle will pick us up at the airport and our car will be ready to go. Keep up the good job.

We booked a whole week reservation for Newark Airport back to June 2013 for the week of Christmas . But just couple of hours before we headed to the airport, they left a message to my cell and relocated our parking address to "EWR Parking" (not sure what is the relationship between these 2 companies) which is not the parking address they gave to me when I booked. So, we went there, was told they are totally different company and they do not allow us park there at all claiming they had no space, our flight is departing soon, we begged them, this EWR parking finally agreed but we had to pay them separately for a higher rate.

I called Premier parking later on that day, a woman claimed that whoever left message on my cell " is a fool" and should not have done that, she also claimed EWR parking address belongs to Premier Parking(who knows who is lying).

Regardless of what, she promised to refund me and send me a confirmation email. However, after more than a week, no refund, not confirmation email. I tried to call them couple of times( they claim their hours are 9-3 in the weekends), but now is 10:11AM, no one picked the phone.

DO NOT EVER EVER use this company.

After reading other reviews about this parking lot, I was a bit skeptical coming into this but I clearly could not have been more wrong. My overall experience was excellent. Upon getting to the lot, I was met by an agent who took all the information then I drive to the back of the lot where another agent took my car and gave me instructions on getting the shuttle over to the terminals. Upon arrival, I called as instructed on the back of my ticket and the shuttle met me at the waiting spot within 10 mins. Once I got back to the lot, my car was waiting for me and an agent met me to give me my keys. Working as a quality assurance analyst for a living, this clearly passed with high marks and will get my business again.
