Told me they would accept my insurance then sent me a bill a month after my visit. The doctor convinced me to take multiple x-rays that weren't "absolutely necessary, but might help" and then charged over $200 per x-ray. What a scam! When I called to complain about the bill I was sent to billing in a different building, no one called me back, it took months before I spoke to someone at the physicians office in Teaneck; I had to yell on the phone to get a person on the phone. When I finally spoke to someone they told me that the office staff has no way of knowing what my insurance will cover. So why was I told before my appointment that they would accept mine? $20 copay = $300 bill; Premier Orthopaedics does not care about their patients.
Dr. Corradino was arrogant, spent little time with me, and told me to take 4 ibuprofens a day for 2 weeks to fix carpal tunnel. A little excessive maybe.. She was abrasive, and rude. Horrible experience.
