After waiting in the office 2 hours after my appointment I was relocated to an exam room to wait for an additional 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. He looked at my knee, heard one line about my problem, and immediately came to a conclusion and course of treatment without actually listening to my symptoms. Then after stopping him and asking if he will listen to the problem, he said "yeah i know someone that had that, she got a boyfriend and forgot about her knee". I was offended at this because it is a problem that has been following me for years and has resulted in a knee dislocation 5 times.
I will never again go to him. His practice has grown beyond his capabilities and patients are treated in assembly line fashion - each receiving the same course of treatment without taking any time for personal care.
