Owner of a 2004 TL; This place is amazing! Handled my claim very very smoothly! Fought with my insurance company to have the work that was not just needed, but that would look best! Customer service was excellent. Sent me emails of the progress of my car. They really went the extra mile with the work they did! They blended the paint perfectly and left my car looking brand new! They even went as far as detailing the car! I seriously felt as if i was treated and hooked up as if i was family. You should not go any where else! If you need body work done, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I am now and will always be a loyal customer.

My brand new 2016 Sonic Silver Mazda CX-5 got hit in a Home Depot parking lot. When I came out of the store I saw more than a foot wide deep denting gash across the drivers side door.
Precision Auto Works fixed it perfectly! I was so concerned the metalic silver paint wouldn't get matched.
Impossible to tell that there was any repair work done, it looks great!

I live in Brooklyn, NY and anyone who lives in that borough or New York City as a whole knows the wars you experience with side street parking. As such, I suffered a cracked and scratched bumper to my 2013 Nissan Altima from an anonymous fellow New Yorker.

After looking at the list of Nissan affiliated, as well as certified, auto body shops, I decided to take my baby to Precision Auto Works and trust me they are more than worth the abundance of 5-star reviews you see listed for them on Google and Yelp. At first, I though with that many 5-star reviews there must be a bunch of fake reviews but I can guarantee you that these guys are the real deal.

After only a week of work, they did such an amazing repair that the bumper looked better than when it came from the factory in regards to the paint finish and texture finish since the crack has completely disappeared as well as the scratch. My biggest concern was matching the paint color with the factory OEM paint color and the paint match they did was as good as you can possibly find.

I am someone who is very detailed-oriented and trust me when I tell you that the repair they did was really incredible. You might find that their price is slightly higher when comparing them to other well rated auto body shops, but if you want the repair done right and with the highest level of quality then trust me they are more than worth the price.

The experience I had with Precision Auto Works is by far the best experience I can remember having with any company in regards to quality, customer service and professionalism.

Firstly, they worked with me to find the best possible solution so that I could pay the lowest amount possible since I was paying out of pocket. I want to give a special thank you to Chris Epperson for guiding me through the best option for getting the repair done at the best price for me.

Secondly, they kept me updated with the progress of the repair and provided me with pictures of the progress and also followed-up with me after I picked up the car to verify that everything was good. They also detailed the car thoroughly after completing the repair.

Thirdly, everyone there was so welcoming and professional that it was shocking based on the stories you hear about people dealing with auto body shops. They make you feel like you are really in good hands and after going through the process, from beginning to end, believe me you will be in GREAT hands with Precision Auto Works.

I usually do not leave reviews for businesses but there are always exceptions when you find such a gem. The best experience I have ever had with any auto body shop. Bruce and George from Precision has been very communicative throughout the whole process. He supplied updates regularly, along with pictures from the day the car was left at the shop until the day I picked it up. When I got to the shop the car was restored back to perfect factory condition. You could not even tell the vehicle was involved in an accident. These guys are the best and the real deal! Their work speaks for itself and they're very professional with the way they conduct their business. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of a good, and honest auto body shop.

I have a 2013 Grey Honda Odyssey Touring that had rear quarter panel hit and front bumper. They restored to showroom condition and detailed the inside as well.
I got email updates with pictures showing the progress. I am a car guy and also own a Benz and and Alfa Romeo , I would not hesitate to bring either to this shop. They matched and blended the paint perfectly.
The work is fantastic and the people are just as good !!
