I am a realtor who represents a seller and this mortgage company was supposed to be originating a lone for a buyer. I have literally never seen a company this awful in 15 years of experience. I have a seller in a moving truck waiting to get the settlement and no one at this company from the lender to the underwriter to the compliance officer to the president will return a phone call.

Everyone left for the weekend and refused to call anyone back to update us on the progress of alone in spite of the fact that they were all aware that a persons life and financial well-being is hanging just waiting for some type of update. I cannot say enough bad things about their performance and I would recommend everyone stay clear of this company.
