Love Potbelly sandwiches. Wish this particular location wasn't such an assembly line, and maybe a bit more friendly instead, but I guess they have quotas to hit, and there's no time for a smile in the big city...

Such no please feel your tight little Dunkin' Donuts very good very very instant
I recommend to try cheater cheese bagel twist extra hot. If it's cold you won't taste how good is the cheese on it:)

Had the chicken & cheddar sandwich, with mushrooms and all toppings (definitely include the hot peppers, if you don't mind it a "bit" hot). Very good, I loved it. Heard they have excellent milk shakes; I think I'm gonna have that, too. Nice setting, too (simple, yet charming... I don't really care for fancy) + cool, classy, fun music.
5 minute later update: milk shake (had the the Oreo) very good, too :)
