Great, no nonsense service. Saved my clients a lot of $$$.

inspection and installation service was ok, I paid them and signed a contract that included a maintenance plan to check and if necessary re bait the bait stations 3 times within the year. I signed it in March and I had started calling them in October cause you can see the stations were not looked at. It took them a month to come out and when they did, they left the empty bait station out where my nephew was playing with it. I called to complain to the owner and that didn't get me anywhere. He said he would give me an extra visit, which never happened. They love the excuse that the stations were covered. Person who recommended them apologized to me, cause she also had same problem.
