Four different traditional plates, every friday night are available. I tried the "bacalhau a Clube" and it was well done, the wine list is plentiful for this small club in the heart of Mount Vernon, NY. I tried an Alvarinha Vinho Verde and went well with the cod.
Also the atmosphere was a pleasent one, with a place for smokers, kids, women and the traditional Friday evening card playing.
Everyone in their place and everyone enjoying there time.
A place to visit.
