I've been using them since I gave birth to my son in 2013! My 1st visit in the NB location was amazing! I was so happy with my son's baby pictures although they were a tad bit expensive! Getting the "extras" (2 big calendars, special effect pics, books, & 2 discs) made the amount seem a little better.I loved the pics so I returned! My 2nd visit I went to the Clifton location since it was closer to my home! Good photographer, she even had the cutest prop personalized for him! Once again the package was pricey, except this time I spent more and got less! I asked about the package & price difference & was given a generic rehearsed reply! I paid the $ & went about my business! I gave birth to my 2nd son in 2015 so of course I needed to have baby pics taken! ..being that I felt ripped off I didn't necessarily want to use them again but like a fool I DID! Once again I went to the Clifton location (which I regret) to have the pictures of my boys taken! Good photographer however the other staff was rude! In the middle of my boys having their photos taken another photographer comes into the room we're in & pretty much kicks us out saying they needed the room RIGHT NOW so we had to go into another room to finish the session. We finished & began the pose picking. It started off at $1,000 then we got it down to $500 which was still outrageous so I just bottom lined & asked what the cheapest package that included the disc was! I was told the 15 pose package is the lowest if I wanted the disc that could be used anywhere ($350) so I raised my brow and asked how is 350 the lowest when I was just here less than a yr ago & I received a package that had a disc & I didn't spend nearly as much! I was told oh you had to have gotten the regular disc that can't be used to print photos other than here EXCUSE ME, SAY WHAT? No one ever mentioned that the discs I received were pretty much useless seeing how I wouldn't dare pay them $20 per sheet! I guess he sensed a hostile moment approaching so he offered 20% pending the ok from the manager. According to him he asked the manager & was told no I needed the coupon, so I asked how do I get the coupon & was told it's only for customers that never came back! WHAT? DOES THAT REALLY MAKE SENSE? YOU'RE WILLING TO GIVE THE DISCOUNT TO PPL THAT DON'T CARE TO COME BACK BUT YOU WON'T DO A 1 TIME DISCOUNT FOR A PERSON THAT HAS BEEN COMING BACK LOYALLY ALTHOUGH THEY KNOW THEY'VE BEEN BEING RIPPED? I guess the photographer wanted to shut me up so he took off $15 and allowed my fiancée to use his military discount. The total still came to $301, had I not fallen in love with the pics they would have stayed right there! I get to the register to pay for the photos & the cashier was extremely rude! He acted as if he preferred not to even acknowledge that I had been standing there for mins waiting for him! Once he finally acknowledged me he snatched the card and sat it on the counter with the receipt, can we say RUDE?!?! So I kindly signed and went to put it in his hand (I have home training & manners)! In the midst of me handing it to him a photographer walked up to inform him that a customer had walked out with over $300 worth of pics! I laughed, handed him the receipt, & left out! IT WAS AN ISSUE TO GIVE A PAYING CUSTOMER A DISCOUNT THOUGH. Finally I get home & notice that my costly high res disc is missing so I gave them a call! 1st the guy pretty much said there was nothing he could do about It so I lashed out & he was magically able to help me. I went to get my disc & the "extra" items then went to print out some pics! CAN WE SAY HORRIBLE QUALITY? THOSE PICTURES ARE THE WORST PICS I've ever seen! I took a look at the calendar & books & those pics are horrible too! I'm beyond unhappy! $300 for what? I decided to dig & pull out the previous extras & they look nothing like what I recently received. Along with the extras I found the previous price sheets, big price & merchandise difference! I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR ALLOW MY FRIENDS & FAMILY TO SPEND MONEY WITH THEM! If I could give negative stars I would

I had business photos taken here last week to help with my job search. The photographer, Cesar, was great - I told him I get nervous in front of the camera, and never feel like photos of me turn out well. He put me at ease with his friendly and professional manner, used a variety of backdrops and props to capture different poses, and worked quickly and expediently to help me select which photos I liked the best. Yes, they are more expensive than a department store photo studio, but the individualized service and the high quality of their work is worth it.

I was seen promptly at my designated appointment time, never felt rushed, and the studio was clean and comfortable. I will definitely return to them for all my future professional photos!

There is a complete and udder lack of respect for a customer's time. If given an appointment I expect service somewhere within a reasonable window close to my appointment. By no means should I still be waiting nearly an hour after my appointment only to be told 3 families are still to be seen before me. Customer service is about management of expections. Do not tell me 20 minutes upon arrival with full knowledge that the wait is in excess of an hour. The whole establishment is wholly unprofessional.

Nothing to like about this place. They aren't inexpensive. The quality is only so-so. If it wasn't for receiving the photos in same day I wouldn't even had gone there. The appointment times are fictitious and exist only to have some resemblance of professionalism. My appointment was at 3:20. I wasn't seen until after 5. The staff was completely unapologetic and unprofessional. Parking at the mall at Christmas time is hectic enough to compound this with irrelevant appointments, unprofessional staff, and the beyond seating capacity arrangement. Seriously, save yourself the aggravation and find a different place for your photos.
