This is truly authentic Italian dining in a charming Greenwich Village restaurant. The staff will cater to your tastes and preferences. We like to order a half portion of pasta and then split an entree. Many Italian restaurants try to dress up the dishes too much with heavy creams and sauces. Porto Bello sticks with the proven Italian recipes of good meat, fish or vegetable with some key spices to bring out the best flavor.
Try the mozzarella/tomato salad and any fish entree.

Simply our favorite restaurant ever. Authentic Italian deliciousness. Ignore the ridiculous one star reviews. Come to eat and you will not be disappointed

amazing food, amazing people. Real high quality. You can feel freshness and perfection in everything. Great servers . I had their rabbit and it was amazing.
