Why stand in line and wait literally 15+ minutes while they make you a sandwich, or pass the phone to every employee in the store until they finally land upon someone competent enough and equipped with a pencil to write your order down? But frankly, the people at the Green Cow have just as rotten attitudes! Amelia's is right down the street with farrrr better service AND food, but at more than twice the price.
On the plus side, this deli delivers from their store and liquor department, too. So ya, odering from the deli is slightly annoying unless you become a regular and they just remember what you want, but they'll deliver from the grocery and spirits department and that sets them apart.
