- Terrible #101339

Terrible costumer service. I have been a professional musician and educator for over 20 years. I have also been a loyal customer. The last two times I have received terrible service and terrible attitudes. From now on I will be shopping elsewhere either the many great shops in the city, Sam Ash, or online at woodwind and brasswind. I have had much friendly service at the DMV, NEVER AGAIN
