Popeyes was my first job in high school. I still eat here after working for them for a reason. The way the chicken is handled and cooked is why they are considered gourmet Louisiana style chicken. Absolutely amazing top grade fried chicken and the Cajun fries are so well seasoned you can skip the ketchup.

They stopped selling the $5 Fill Up box so I ordered a 2pc and the counter girl hooked me up with 3 pieces! Accident? Maybe. Or compensation for lack of the $5 deal? OK in my book! The chicken was freshly fried as well. No complaints. And this location is open late and convenient to the A/C/B/D trains at 125th street.
