Last review is spot on. This bank is terrible. It takes weeks, yes weeks, for a basic check to clear (mind you the check is coming from Chase Bank). Additionally when making online payments, they hold the payments for weeks and ring up random overdraft fees. I had to have my vendors call the bank on conference calls it got so bad. Basically they hold your money as long as possible earning themselves interest on your money before releasing it which for you as a customer/client is the worst and should be illegal. Their customer service isn't really helpful and pretty much doesn't care about you. They are totally apathetic about everything and proud and arrogant that they have such confidence to stoically not care or help. I swore after the government bailed out the crooked banks I would never use a corporate bank ever again if I had a choice but it looks like keeping a Chase or other big bank account may be necessary.

Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and girls behind the counter always have an attitude Especially the big fat one with the glasses. Customer service for their credit card line Are always in a rush and you have to call back 3 4 times to get anything done.
