In a city congested with MDs, she is a gem. She is a natural Doctor combining both smarts and heart.

Finding an OBGYN you feel comfortable with can be tricky, but Dr. Fong is amazing. Unlike a lot of doctors, she actually has personal skills and cares about your health issues, taking the time to talk/listen to you and answer any questions. My only complaint is that sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but I think she's worth it. Her new offices are located at 40 Worth st Suite 402 in Tribeca, through Weill Cornell.

I had heard good things about Dr.Fong but was disappointed w/ my experience. She was fine, and had good interpersonal skills during consultation, but the trouble started when I called for the results of a test she'd ordered- I was repeatedly told by several different receptionists at her 2 offices that they didn't have my file, and they'd call me back when they found it, and was never called back at all. I had to call back 11 times (over a full 2 weeks from the time results were sent from the lab) to get the results from her office! Then, a couple months later i found out they never submitted the referral for a specialist she'd sent me too, making me responsible for the remainder of the bill. Boo! I'm not going back.

I went to see Dr. Fong for the first time when I was having myriad problems and felt like no one was taking me seriously. She listened, was sympathetic, informative and put my mind at rest. Her bedside manner is fabulous, she takes the time to get to know you and make you feel like she has all the time in the world to talk about whatever you need. You often have to wait a fair while past your appointment time, but I'd wait for hours rather than go to another doctor. She is just fantastic. I recommend her to any women who need an OB/GYN. Ninja-like exam skills, too you won't believe how quick she is and causes so little discomfort. I heart Dr. Fong!
