Dont use PNC Merchant service!
The services from the merchant dept are really bad. They only thinking about opening account, they never protect about their customer.

Be careful banking here. I tried to open an account today and the security guard called the cops on me, even though I told him specifically I'm going to the bank. Stay away and go to Santander instead.
