The staff is fantastic and helpful. The doctors were very kin, patient and thorough. Definitely recommend this place.

We rushed my toddler here late on a Sunday afternoon when he was in terrible pain from swallowing something that we guessed was stuck in his esophagus. The doctor came out to see him immediately to make sure he wasn't in life-threatening danger from choking. Everyone was kind and professional. We went into an exam room within 20 minutes and my son had an x-ray, but he seemed OK by that point. We stayed until the doctor saw him eat something without pain then left with the x-ray on CD. Great experience. Then I got the bill and was so happy we didn't go to the ER- it was so reasonable. I'm very satisfied and glad we're close in case of unexpected illness when the pediatrician can't see them right away. Thanks

Our family tried PM pediatrics for the first time today. It was very kid friendly and everyone seemed nice. But I am extremely upset because the whole reason why we went there is to get an immediate flu test for my son. I called in advance to ask them if they had the flu test. They said they did. I have two other young children so I wanted to separate my son from the rest of the kids if he had the flu. My husband asked for a flu test and the nurse and doctor on call were really giving my husband a hard time saying they didn't think it was the flu. They didn't want to waste an immediate flu rest on a kid that didn't fit the criteria. My husband persisted and they gave him a 24 hour flu test. That result came up positive! I am livid I now exposed my child to the rest of the kids thinking it wasn't the flu. I thought that was extremely irresponsible of them not to give a test they had in their possession to a parent that is requesting it- just to find out we were right in the first place.. This is irresponsible because drugs like Tamiflu etc can only work most effectively if you identify the flu right away. How can a pediatric urgent care not give a test if there is concern? Although I loved that they are so kid friendly in the decor and bedside manner, what is most important is quality of care. And for that they failed miserably.
