Great experience everytime.

i am very upset with pm pediatrics i took my son there because he had this really severe cough and i heard about them from friends and family so i ended up taking my son and 2 times 2 different times they sent me home telling me my son had a viral cough and it needed to take its course with a fever for 5 days so i did thats what they go to school for to know what they are dealing with so he didnt get any better i took him back and they took a chest x ray told me everything was fine sent me home with a nebulizer so long story short 2x i took my son there and they sent him home is 2x my son has had walking anomonia this is ridiculous this is what they go to school for and your a parent so u think you know to listen to the doctors please please please if your son or daughter has a bad cough please go get a second opinion this is just not fair my son is 4yrs old and has had walking anmonia 2x and they sent him home with misdiagnosis twice

Pro:The waiting time is less than 5 minutes. The doctors are very nice and the nurse is friendly as well.
Con:The only thing is that YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE COVER CERTAIN EQUIPMENTS FOR THE TREATMENT. I been told from the nurse and doctor that you can use the nebulizer for the treatment and take home for free. You insurance will cover! As an patient are you going to call you insurance to find out right at that moment or afterward???Of course not...until the bill came..you call PM back and told them the situation and they will answer you that they can not do anything and you should contact your insurance.....BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN THEY GIVE YOU SOMETHING FOR FREE!!!!DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!!

my experience was great. went on a Sunday afternoon, waited less than 5 minutes. saw a nurse and then a PA. very friendly, not rushed at all and very informative. Better service than I get from my own pediatrician sometimes.
