Pleasantdale Chateau

We had our grandmas surprise birthday party here. We could not say enough about this place. Food was delicious.. staff was professional and on top of everything..and the venue was beyond gorgeous. Would highly recommend

Our daughter and her husband just got married this past Saturday night. We live in Florida and had not seen the Chateau until Thursday when we met Fred, and Santiago gave us the grand tour. We have been to NY style weddings where there are many weddings at a time, the food is not cooked properly, the rooms are sterile but fancy. We were so beyond impressed with the Chateau. It was warm and inviting despite the size. The buffet for 183 guests was outrageous even though I never made it beyond the oysters and lamb chops. All night everyone said they had never been to a wedding like this, and we also had to agree. There were so many staff, yet they did not hover. All the food was not only delicious but plated elegantly. The dishes and stemware and silver and chairs and linens were so beautiful, we felt we were in a top 5 star restaurant. Our photographer and florist who came recommended were fabulous. It was all a fairytale and we never wanted it to end. Thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts.

The food is good, the staff is nice, but there were not enough tables here to seat everyone, many people had to sit on the stairs.

Spectacular experience. Could not have been better. VERY Very impressive on all accounts.

Our daughter Danielle & her husband Roland just celebrated their wedding reception there on Friday night & I have to say it was perfect from start to finish. If we could rate it a 10 we would but 5 is the highest on here. They treated them like royalty & the place was magical. The snow made it a fairytale!!! Everyone there said it was the best wedding they have ever been too and we have to agree with them. The food & presentation was over the top. If you are thinking about having a wedding there, look no further. Book it! You will not be disappointed. It was one of the best days of our lives & you made this couple the happiest couple in the world. Your staff there is top notch!!!!!! I forget the name of our daughters bridal attendant but she did an outstanding job & went above & beyond the entire day helping her. She's an asset to the Pleasantdale Chateau. Thank you again for making this a lifetime of the best memories a wedding could ever have. You have the nicest staff & everyone should be praised for a job well done.
