It's really a shame that they went out of business. They were truly the only real gaming store left in Yonkers. GameStop doesn't care about any retro stuff anymore which is upsetting

Run by genuinely nice and helpful people. They'll gladly talk to you about any game and tell you what's worth buying. You can tell that they love what they do.

Customer service is dead here. I used to bring my dvds in when they had a promotion and that got stopped pretty quickly. I guess i was bringing in too much business. Then one time I brought in a dvd set of like 10 dvds. They were a dollar a piece. I look at my receipt and I was given credit for one dvd not ten. I had to march back in their to tell the incompetent employee that I was shorted. I believe this was done on purpose, but I got it corrected. The last time I went in the sold my reserved game and I went to get it the day after. I don't remember the game but it was a popular one. When I called about my game they said it was sold and that I would have to wait for a new shipment. I had to make two trips to this store in one day. I was compensated with a five dollar off coupon that I still have from like a year ago. Bottom line is they overall don't respect your business buying or selling. You would think with a small store that they would at least they would be nice. Nope!!!!! Go elsewhere Yes this place should hire some new employees but if the manager/owner doesn't care why should they. I shouldn't feel as if I'm entering a used car lot when trying to by games or systems. DAMN!!!!
