Planned Parenthood - Hempstead Health Center

THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE! Please if you can help it, do not go!! The staff have attitudes for the most part! And the doctors are very bad! I had a procedure and the doctor did not take out everything! When I went to my doctor for a follow up they saw remains inside and I had to have them remove it! And on top of them leaving remains in me.. I was fully awake and felt and saw everything! CRAZY! If I knew my doctor did the procedure i would've never went to this dump! My doctors office was quiet and safe and they perform a scan before after the procedure, UNLIKE planned parent hood! And I was put to sleep! And woke up in. I pain! And there are no protesters outside scaring the heck out of u! Please do not go here! I have had my period for over a month thanks to this doctor messing up! DISGUSTING PLACE!

The staff was friendly and the doctor was very sweet. But the service I paid for was upsetting. They tell you to bring in most your recent pay stubs to check to see what you can afford to pay for services they did not check my pay stubs. Then they hit you after the fact with the amount. I have been going to a women's wellness clinic in queens for years . When I did not have insurance I would bring in my recent pay stubs the most I ever paid out of pocket was $125 at planned parenthood they charged me $250. On that fact alone I would never come back here . What if I could not afford it you should tell patients the amount for the service beforehand .

Extremely incompetent. Stay away.
