Service is horrible!!!

Service is HORRIFIC!!! I place a simple order for 20 hot wings. The delivery took over an hour! By that time my chinese food had arrived an was eaten. The Planet Wings in ONLY 3 blocks from me. The chinese restaurant is ALL the way uptown. After I sent my order back with the driver, he calls me and tell me the manager says 'we cannot deliver to you ever again'. I ask to speak to the manager and they hang up the phone. So I proceed to go there in PERSON to speak to the manager who still looks at ME the customer as being wrong for refusing some cold wings over an hour after they were ordered. I will NEVER eat there again and I honestly hope they go out of business. Their service is WAY to poor for such overpriced food!

Food is great but the service is terrible. One time, ordered something for pickup and stood there for 20 minutes to find out that my order was already made and put to the side. I paid for it and they just didn't give it to me until I went up and said something. Another time, ordered BONELESS wings for delivery. People were around while I ordered and they heard me say Boneless. I received wings with bones! Called in and the girl had a nasty attitude and refused to give me what I originally ordered. Third time, ordered for delivery and they overcharged me. The entire cost of the order was 15 and the boy said 28! The receipt said 15! Food is amazing but due to the fact that mainly teenagers/ young adults work there, the service is horrible.

Food always hits the spot, whether we are craving boneless wings, burgers or other munchies. There's something for everyone on the menu. Employees are friendly and they keep the restaurant clean and inviting. Happy to have them in town.
