NYC Harlem-East River PF location is CLEAN & the staff are taking some kind of happy pills. Crazy fun energy...very motivating and welcoming. Great equipment and never overly busy. I travel a lot as a singer and see many PF gyms. This is high on my list for consistency. Plus the fact that they are one of the few that have the Total Body Enhancement machine. Thrilled not many people are hip to its major benefits and it is always available. Yay for me! When in NYC, this is my go to location. 158th street is really nice too, but this wins my vote due to its location and PARKING IN NEW YORK CITY!!!! Tip: go after 9pm for the reduce parking rate.
