Staff is super friendly, dealing with a diverse client and tell is never easy. Yet understanding those dynamics they entire together do well.

Great location, nice space, good layout, but usually hot in the cardio area - over 72 degrees (F). HVAC air distribution system poorly designed, registers poorly distributed - ie: hot upstairs, drastically cooler dwnstairs.
Most of the staff is great; however, one or two need customer service & communication tone training, and a nap (preferrably at home).

I love going to this planet fitness and i love working out obviously but the works that work in this specific planet fitness are really rude. i try talkin to them as nice a possible but they always having an attitude.. This is a message to the manager or owner that associated with this location, YOU NEED TO FIND NEW EMPLOYEES. if this continues ima find another gym to go work out in.
