This gym has it's moments like desk staff not giving full details about payments, but I have a good workout each visit. Peak hours are morning til about 3 for me and have been less crowded. This gym is alright for me.

I love this place i do the best work out here i wish that this gym began to be 24/7 i will explain you why ... my work out it at 4:30am and saturday and sunday i can't go and those day are not the same with out gym.... pleaseeee i need this 24/7 thanks

The staff contributes to the environment and the cleanliness, the unprofessionalism of the workers are a 3 out of 5 the workers seem bored, the cleanliness of the woman's locker room and bathroom are a also 3 out of 5. Perks: it's close by.
And Sundays are the best days to go to avoid the crowd in the am

The qualities of most PF's are pretty universal across the map, however this one just normally seems dirtier than the others. I don't frequent the Bronx often, so maybe the one time I was here was an off-day but it looked like the employees were lax in their duties. The equipment was decent, albeit some of them a little older (ie with the external headphone jack that seems to never work instead of the internal one on cardio machines)
