The receptionist here are absolutely the worst. the albanian women needs classes in patience and politeness to deal with the elderly and parents of sick children. Her attitude is way below acceptable. It seems like no one ever knows anything and they give you the run around in order to divert the work somewhere else. The doctors are great, but the trouble and hassle with having to deal with all the front receptionist is not worth the hassle.
