Pizza Hut

I order my pizza exactly 2 pm didn't show til 3:45 but I wasc hungry so I still told the pizza .the pizza was cold and they forgot my 2 liter Pepsi .never again worse place ever

As we all know there is nothing spectacular about the Pizza Hut on Stuyvesant Avenue but it wasn't the worst. I used to go to this Pizza Hut since I was in middle school (which is about 15 yrs now) but I will never go again! I purchased pizza last month (which wasn't the greatest btw) & paid with my card, never do I tip a person for doing nothing or not providing good customer service! I JUST SO HAPPENED TO LOOK AT MY ONLINE BANK STATEMENT A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER & WHAT DO YOU KNOW?!?!? ....I had charge from them that was more than what I signed for! I called in to find out what was going on & the first female gave attitude & did everything to avoid putting me through to a manager or supervisor until I dished the attitude back. Once she got a dose of my attitude she put me through to Gabriella who said she was the manager which could have been a lie but either way I informed her of the situation & I was told that the extra was the tip that I left the cashier, AGAIN NEVER WOULD I TIP FOR NOT GETTING GOOD SERVICE! So I kindly let her know that I NEVER gave that tip and I did not appreciate an employee stealing from me! She offered the refund of the SELF tipped amount which was going to be given back regardless! That to me wasn't enough, that in no way shape or form changes the fact that there is an employee in that location that deems it okay to self tip. It also is not acceptable to have ppl that are suppose to be in "higher positions" brushing a situation like that off! Gabriella was supposed to reach out to me once she spoke to her supervisor and corporate to give me an update on what actions were being taken a few days later or else I told her I would be looking into taking legal actions. Do you think she reached out to me? NOPE! So now I will be going down the legal road in whatever way I can. To their customers please be aware that they have thieving employees! I'm sure I wasn't the first & I'm surely not the last!!! They definitely lost a frequent long term customer & my relatives too!

I ordered cheese sticks.
They said it would be ready in 15 minutes.
I arrived exactly 15 minutes later and they were ready.

I even got a -$0.01 discount because some people from before didn't want their pennies.

This is Pizza Hut. It's a chain restaurant. The food doesn't deviate that far from other Pizza Huts. If you like Pizza Hut, you'll like this one.

These bastards stole my money I ordered food at 9:31 had to call back at 10:40 to look for my food still didn't hear anything I was told the number given to them was wrong so gave them another number and they never showed up but still have my $31.25 I'm going in there for my money!!!!!

They gave me 45 minutes to receive the pizza, It got here late, and thats nothing really..I spent 24 dollars on a piece of cr**! They pizza's crust was completely and obviously undercooked, the toppings and sauce was all over the place, it's the worst pizza I've seen in my life! I called them and all I get is: our managers make sure all pizzas are good before they take off. Basically told me to suck it up, and that since they are a franchise they don't have to comply with Pizza Hut's standards for their pizzas. So do not order from 1434 Stuyvesant Ave., Union, NJ 07083 !
